Silk Braided Black Nahtmaterial from SMI
The Silk Braided Black suture material from SMI is made from the natural protein thread of the silkworm. The braided multifilament is coated and is not resorbed. As a result, it offers long tissue life of several months. The suture material has excellent handling properties. The thread is flexible, particularly tear-resistant and features strong knot security. The ready-to-use needle-thread combination is available in various needle and thread strengths.
