Megalux LED is a high-performance light curing unit designed using the latest LED technology. Equipped with high-performance LEDs emitting blue light, it enables the polymerization of various light-curing dental materials such as composite fillings, adhesives, fissure sealants, and light-curing cements.
With a light intensity of 1,200 mW/cm² (standard focus optical fiber 8 mm) and 1,600 mW/cm² (with focus optical fiber 6 mm), the unit offers adjustable exposure times (10 s and 20 s) and an integrated soft start, ensuring versatility for all light curing filling therapies.
The built-in lithium-ion battery allows cordless operation, and the fanless cooling system ensures quiet, reliable performance without overheating. The light intensity can be monitored via an integrated radiometer in the charging pod.
